Bruker EMX EPR Spectrometer. (located in 2210 SEL)
- EMX_manual - Manual for the X-band EPR
- EMX_procedure - Operation procedure for X-band EPR (needs to be redone)
- Sample_prep - Some guidelines on sample preps as dielectric constants are important. Also try to prep your sample concentration to ~100-500 uM. Less is more in EPR (see Goldfarb lecture-1 below ~70' in)
- Rate = $40 per day
- Wilmad_EPR_Catalogue - We need 4mm diameter for the X-band EPR
- EPR_tube - Short tubes for RT expts. 4mm thin walled EPR tube from Wilmad ($8 each)(SKU: 707-SQ-100M)
- EPR_tube - The long tubes are used for N2(l) expts. 4mm thin walled from Wilmad ($10 each) (SKU: 707-SQ-250M )
- EPR_caps - 4mm CAPS from Wilmad ($54/25pk) (SKU: WG-1264-4)
- Long_pipette - Wilmad long disposable pipettes. Very good for NMR and EPR tubes $86/100pack (SKU: 803A)
- EPR_tutorial - EPR tutorial from PSU workshop
- EPR_course - Youtube course from one of the worlds experts in magnetic resonance. A must watch for new users especially lecture-1.
- VT_EPR - An excellent write-up on VT for EPR from Auburn
- N2_EPR - Write-up on setting up the N2 transfer line etc
- Simulations - EasySpin free simulation software which is MATLAB based.
- power_supply1 - ER082C power supply info_1
- power_supply2 - ER082C power supply info_2
- power_supply3 - ER082C power supply info_3
